Symbols
You tend to come across the symbols quite frequently, usually behind a mark, but what do they actually mean? We have provided a list of them below:

The symbol TM is used for marks that have been filed but have not yet been entered in the trade marks register.

The R in a circle means that the filing procedure has been successfully completed and the mark is now registered.

Copyright: The C in a circle is used to indicate the exclusive rights of the creator of a piece of work.

The D in a circle is an international symbol used to show the outside world that the design of the product is registered and is therefore protected by design rights.
