Our protection service also includes notifying you in good time of deadlines for renewing or extending your registrations. We will also keep you informed of amendments to intellectual property legislation.

Opposition procedures, i.e. procedures in which you, as the trademark holder, have the option of opposing the registration of a new conflicting trademark, can be instituted at the trademark registration office.
The procedure is relatively quick and inexpensive in comparison with court proceedings; it is, however, conditional upon your filing an objection within two months after publication of a conflicting trademark. If you have a protection subscription, you can act in good time.
